How long will my order take to ship?
We strive to ship every order in a timely manner. Please expect 1-3 days of processing time before your order is dispatched.

Where do you ship to? / How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to be able to offer world wide shipping through our website. Rates are dependent on the shipping method chosen and is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered to all Canadian orders over $200.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After the initial processing time, orders typically take an average of 1-5 business days to be received. Please note: this timeframe is only approximate as shipping times are heavily dependent on the postal services. Disclaimer: Please expect longer shipment times during Holiday season.

I have not received my order? What should I do?
While we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the package leaves our warehouse please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you

What is your return policy? Can I exchange or return a product?
Due to hygienic reasons we are currently not able to offer any returns or exchanges. However, if there are any problems with your purchase please contact us.
